Testing for Palwal’s growing industrial belt
Palwal and Prithla sit on the NH-19 corridor south of Faridabad, at the end of the KMP Expressway. Warehousing, logistics parks, factories and housing projects keep coming up along that route. Every one of them needs material testing during construction, and the factories need it again once they start production.
We serve both from our NABL accredited lab in Faridabad.
Construction testing
- Concrete cubes and cores to IS 516, plus rebound hammer and UPV on site through our NDT services
- TMT bars to IS 1786: tensile, bend, rebend and chemical
- Cement to IS 4031 and IS 4032
- Soil testing: pH, sulphates, chlorides and organic matter, which designers use to judge how aggressive the ground is to foundation concrete
- Construction water to IS 456, often overlooked when sites use borewell water
Industrial testing
For engineering units, fabricators and food or agro-processing plants:
- Metal testing: tensile, hardness and spectro analysis
- Drinking water to IS 10500 for staff water supply, and effluent testing for BOD, COD and solids

Cubes in particular need careful handling: keep them wet-cured and protected until they’re collected.
